Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ADDSEY ("Service"), operated by ADDSEY ("we," "our," or "us"). By creating an account or using the Service in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

ADDSEY is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that allows registered users to:

• Fund an advertising balance using Bitcoin (BTC)
• Create and launch ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and X (Twitter)
• Monitor campaign status and performance via a unified dashboard

ADDSEY acts as an intermediary between you and third-party advertising platforms. We are not an advertising agency and do not guarantee campaign outcomes, impressions, clicks, or conversions.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding contract to use the Service. The Service is not available in jurisdictions where advertising or cryptocurrency transactions are prohibited by law.

4. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity conducted through your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

5. Bitcoin Deposits, Fees, and Ad Balance

5.1 Funding Your Account

To use ADDSEY's advertising features, you must fund your account by sending Bitcoin to the deposit address displayed in your dashboard. All deposits are subject to manual review and approval by a platform administrator.

5.2 Deposit Fee Structure

A total service fee of 8% is deducted from every deposit upon admin approval. This fee comprises two components:

• Funding Fee — 5%: covers Bitcoin acquisition and processing costs
• Conversion Fee — 3%: covers USD conversion and platform service overhead

Example: If you deposit Bitcoin with a market value of $100.00 at time of approval, your ad balance will be credited $92.00. The remaining $8.00 is retained by ADDSEY as platform revenue.

The USD value of your deposit is calculated using the live BTC/USD market rate from CoinGecko at the exact moment the administrator approves the deposit. Exchange rates are not locked or guaranteed in advance.

5.3 No Refunds

All approved Bitcoin deposits are final and non-refundable. Due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions, once a deposit is confirmed on-chain and approved by an administrator, it cannot be reversed or returned. Additionally, because ad spend commitments to Google, Meta, and X are made in your name upon campaign launch, those funds cannot be recovered from third-party platforms after a campaign goes live.

By submitting a Bitcoin deposit, you expressly acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

5.4 Campaign Launch Fees

In addition to the deposit fee, a separate service fee is applied to your campaign budget at the time of campaign launch. This fee is displayed in the campaign submission interface before you confirm.

6. Third-Party Platform Compliance

6.1 Your Compliance Obligation

You are solely responsible for ensuring your ad content complies with the advertising policies of Google, Meta, and X. By submitting a campaign, you represent and warrant that your content does not violate:

• Google Ads Policies (ads.google.com/policies)
• Meta Advertising Standards (transparency.meta.com/policies/ad-standards)
• X Ads Policies (business.x.com/en/help/ads-policies)

6.2 Account Suspension by Third Parties

ADDSEY is not responsible for the suspension, rejection, or termination of your advertising account by Google, Meta, or X. These platforms independently enforce their own policies. If your ad account is suspended by a third party — whether due to policy violations, identity verification requirements, or any other reason — ADDSEY bears no liability for resulting loss of ad spend, campaign data, or access.

Any ad budget already committed to a suspended or rejected campaign is subject to the no-refund policy in Section 5.3.

6.3 Campaign Review

All campaigns are reviewed by an ADDSEY administrator before launch. We reserve the right to reject any campaign that, in our judgment, violates third-party policies, applicable law, or our content standards — without obligation to provide a refund of the deposit fee already applied.

6.4 No Guarantee of Results

ADDSEY does not guarantee any specific advertising outcomes including impressions, clicks, conversions, or return on ad spend. Campaign performance is determined entirely by the third-party platform and prevailing market conditions.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Submit ads that are false, misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent
• Promote illegal products, services, or unlicensed financial instruments
• Engage in money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crimes
• Circumvent advertising platform bans or policies
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use the Service where prohibited by applicable law

Violations may result in immediate account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and features of the Service are the property of ADDSEY and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of ad creatives you submit. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose only.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ADDSEY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF AD SPEND, ACCOUNT SUSPENSION BY THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS, OR CRYPTOCURRENCY PRICE FLUCTUATIONS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ADDSEY IN THE 30 DAYS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ADDSEY and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your ad content, or your violation of these Terms or third-party platform policies.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or, where not permitted, in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction. You waive the right to participate in any class-action proceeding.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Sections 5.3 (No Refunds), 9, 10, 11, and 12 survive termination.

14. Security & Compliance

ADDSEY implements industry-standard security controls to protect your account and any connected ad-platform credentials:

• AES-256-GCM encryption — all OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens for connected ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, X) are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM before being stored in our database. Tokens are never stored or logged in plaintext.
• TLS in transit — all communication between your browser, our servers, and third-party ad platform APIs is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher.
• bcrypt password hashing — user passwords are hashed with bcrypt (cost factor 12) and are never stored or transmitted in plaintext.
• Strict-Transport-Security — our servers enforce HTTPS-only access via HSTS headers, preventing protocol downgrade attacks.
• HttpOnly / Secure session cookies — authentication session cookies are marked HttpOnly and Secure to prevent client-side script access.
• OAuth state validation — all OAuth flows use a cryptographically random state parameter to prevent CSRF attacks.
